Meet the team that constantly provides the world with joy through music.
Our presenters are all from professional backgrounds in the world of entertainment.

TP, the Vibesmaster
Terry Paul

Terry, the founder of CCR has had a passion for music from a tender age. He is multi-skilled at various disciplines including singing, song writing, producing as well as being a published author. His inspiration for CCR came from a dream he has always had to be a radio presenter with his own station that would serve as a means of uniting people and making a real difference in their lives. Terry believes that while CCR has come a long way, there is still more to be done. You can catch the Vibesmaster on Saturdays and Sundays.

Sister Lovena
Lovena Brown

Lovena is a famous actress by profession, one of the first Jamaican actresses to bring real authentic Jamaican theatre acting to the UK. She is also a producer and director of stage plays, amongst many other accomplishments. Lovena has been at the heart of CCR since its early days and fronts the Sunday Gospel Show, one of the most popular shows on CCR. Her listeners have become well accustomed to her trademark phrase “hai, hai, haiiiiiiiiii”. You can catch Lovena on Sundays.

Simon the Roaring Lion
Simon Latham

Simon has been in the world of entertainment since high school, where he began thrilling audiences as part of the Dynamic Duo (with current Chalice lead singer Dean Stephens). He returned to the UK in the mid-eighties and began what would become a successful career as a recording artist (Don Ricardo) and songwriter, as well as being tasked as ‘selector’ for two sound systems. Along with graphic/web design, photography and music production as strings to his bow, the Roaring Lion is passionate about his role as a presenter on CCR. You can catch the Lion every Tuesday and Saturday.

DJ Tippa
Maurice Charlery

Maurice, aka DJ Tippa, started his radio career in the 1980s in North West London.  He migrated to St. Lucia, and started presenting on Radio St. Lucia, with his daily broadcasts reaching 23 Caribbean islands, many on which he performed hosting/DJ duties at special events. He returned to the UK in the early 2000s, working as a Broadcast Technician for BBC Radio.  During the global lockdown, DJ Tippa fell in love with CCR’s style and charisma, which reminded him of his early broadcasting days.  He joined the CCR team in October 2020. His Conscious Vibes Show is broadcast every Thursday.
